Ruth Silver was a facilitator at DesignJam's BigTent Waterloo, where she helped tackle the task of improving food and housing security in the Waterloo region.

Ruth Silver is a generative researcher and design thinking educator. Working cross-sectorally with government, academic, nfp and corporate clients, she helps organizations deepen relationships with their clients by creating new solutions to business problems collaboratively with them. Prior to founding her own insights firm Groundswell she worked with Bruce Mau Design, photographer Annie Liebovitz, Urban Strategies, Harvard Graduate School of Design and University of Toronto.
